Rebecca Love, RN, BS, MSN, FIEL, is an esteemed nurse executive, renowned speaker, and a prominent figure in the nursing profession. Rebecca is a regular contributor on the Forbes Business Council, has been featured in BBC, Fortune, Becker's, Forbes, STAT Chief Healthcare Executive Magazine and ABC news She made history as the first nurse to be featured on Ted.com, is recognized as one of LinkedIn's Top Voices and was nominated as one of Modern Healthcare most influential people in Healthcare. She is also the author of 2 international best selling books on Nurse Innovation and is a national and international expert on the nursing workforce.
With a pioneering spirit, Rebecca served as the inaugural Director of Nurse Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Northeastern School of Nursing in the United States. Her groundbreaking initiative empowered nurses to embrace their roles as innovators and entrepreneurs, leading to transformative change within the nursing profession.
In early 2019, Rebecca co-founded and currently serves as the President of SONSIEL: The Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs & Leaders. This non-profit organization quickly gained recognition as a United Nations Affiliate Member, showcasing the global impact of Rebecca's work.
Since, become President Emeritus of SONSIEL; Rebecca went on to found The Commission for Nurse Reimbursement, New York City, NY in January 2023. The Commission for Nursing Reimbursement launched in response to the nationwide concerns of nursing staffing shortages and will be working to change the way that Medicare and insurance providers reimburse health care systems for the valuable care that nurses do.
As an experienced nurse entrepreneur, Rebecca established HireNurses.com in 2013, a groundbreaking online platform connecting nurses with career opportunities. In 2018, HireNurses.com was successfully acquired by Ryalto, LTD UK, where Rebecca assumed the role of Managing Director of US Markets until its acquisition in 2019. Rebecca recently served as the Chief Clinical Officer at IntelyCare, Inc., where she continues to shape the future of nursing by empowering healthcare professionals and fostering collaborative communities.
Aimee Bailey, MHA, MSN, RN-BC • Chief Innovation Officer
Aimee Bailey, MHA, MSN, RN-BC is a nurse leader working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, clinical informatics, and value-based care. As the Founding Principal of AI Care Advisors, she leverages her understanding of clinical and claims data with expertise in nursing case management to deliver AI solutions that improve quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance for healthcare organizations. Aimee’s career includes leadership roles in both early-stage startups and Fortune-5 healthcare organizations like UnitedHealth Group. She is an advocate for the critical involvement of nurses in shaping AI technologies, ensuring they support clinical decision-making and align with real-world healthcare needs.
Shannon Lunn, BAN, RN, CRN-BC • Chief of Staff
Shannon Lunn, BAN, RN, CRN-BC is a dedicated nurse and clinical research professional currently serving as the Administrative Manager in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. In this role, she drives forward clinical and research initiatives within the Division of Blood and Marrow Transplant, Hematology and Oncology, and Epidemiology and Clinical Research. Prior to this, Shannon was a Clinical Research Nurse in a dynamic early-phase clinical trial program at the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota. Prior to that Shannon worked as a neurology nurse at Allina Health's United Hospital.
She holds certifications as a Clinical Research Nurse (CRN-BC) and a Medical Affairs Professional (CNMAP). Shannon’s commitment to professional growth led her to earn a medical industry certificate from the Carlson School of Management in 2023. She is now pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Carlson, with the goal of merging her nursing and research expertise with business acumen to propel healthcare innovation forward.
